This policy covers this marketing website only (Chinese and English). Live view, cloud storage, and album accounts — if later offered on a subdomain — will have their own terms and notices. They will not share this site’s checkout or cookie jar. This site does not sell subscriptions.

Information you type into a form: name, email, company, message, and whether you accepted this policy.

What we need to run the pages: essential cookies such as language, and basic server logs (time, path, browser). Device audio and video never pass through this website. We do not create user accounts here.

Analytics or marketing cookies load only after you opt in. No third-party analytics or ad pixels are installed today. Your choice is stored in your browser with a policy version.

Live camera, peephole, or feeder video does not go through this site. Continuous recording stays on your microSD, NAS, or NVR first. Event cloud and album are optional and, if enabled, belong to the app or a future cloud subdomain — not these pages.

Live view uses the public WebRTC standard. The picture travels between the device and your phone, and the cloud brings the two sides together.

On a weaker network, a relay may carry the picture to your phone. The relay delivers the view and does not store a recording.

To answer your enquiry and take steps toward a contract (for example a distributor request).

To operate and secure the site (essential cookies, security logs) — legitimate interests / contractual necessity.

Form content is used for that conversation only after you tick consent. Marketing mail is a separate, unchecked box.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them, then deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to delete sooner.

Zige is established in Hong Kong. If you visit from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, logs and form data may be processed in Hong Kong. We transfer only what the pages and a reply require, with reasonable contractual and technical safeguards. Before EU cloud services launch we will add standard contractual clauses and, where required, an EU representative.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where technically feasible, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Email zhouxianping@zigeaiot.cn with the subject Privacy request.

This site is for adult buyers and household decision-makers. We do not offer child accounts. Indoor cameras may see minors; the device owner manages that in the app and on local storage.
