What does Zige AI security detect?
ZigeLink detects a person, a pet, or a package, and the album can be searched in one sentence. ZG-V8 detects people, vehicles, and line crossing on the device. ZG-E300 detects a visitor.
Which camera fits a lamp, a desk, or a site with no broadband?
A lamp uses ZG-LB100 or dual-lens ZG-LB200. A desk uses ZG-DT100 or ZG-DT200. A wall uses ZG-WL200. No broadband uses ZG-C200. A yard uses ZG-CS200, with a battery and solar.
Is live video saved to the cloud automatically?
Open ZigeLink and watch live. Keep a clip on a memory card, a NAS at home, or cloud backup when you turn it on.
Do I need a cloud subscription?
No. A memory card or a NAS at home is enough. Turn on cloud backup when you want a copy away from home.
How does the picture reach my phone?
Live view uses WebRTC, the same kind of open connection browsers and phones already use.
Will it join my home Wi-Fi?
Bulb and desktop cameras use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Dual-lens Wi-Fi cameras support Wi-Fi 4 or Wi-Fi 6. Frame A101 is Wi-Fi 6 on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The 4G wall camera and the solar wall camera use a SIM.
How do the English and Chinese sites differ?
The Chinese site serves buyers in China. The English site is the Amazon brand site, with local stores, app downloads, and legal pages.
Can I still watch on a weak network?
Yes. The picture still reaches your phone, so you can check home.
How do I delete what I sent on this site?
Open Contact, choose Privacy request, and also email zhouxianping@zigeaiot.cn.
