What the LED means
Blinking blue: pairing, or waiting for the phone to join the hotspot.
Solid blue: the device is on the network. Live view should appear in the app.
No LED after a 3-second power press: the battery is likely empty. Charge 30 minutes, then try again.
The LED sits where the body marking shows it. While pairing, blinking blue means it is waiting, and solid blue means it is online.
How to charge
Use the cable and adapter in the box. Battery kits can also take the solar panel; use mains charge in long rain.
Charge before the first install until the unit no longer behaves as empty.
Keep the device ventilated while charging. Do not force a high-wattage phone charger.
After it is outdoors
Aim the solar panel at open sky. Deep shade or a deep eave will not refill the battery.
Runtime follows how often you watch, how often it detects, and the temperature. A solar panel aimed at open sky recovers charge more steadily.
