Find Reset
Battery cameras, dual-lens, and peepholes: look for a Reset pinhole near the battery door or on the base.
Indoor PTZ and feeders: a Reset button is usually on the base or back cover.
NVR: Reset is on the back or bottom edge. Keep power connected while you press.
How long to hold
With the device on, hold Reset for about 5 seconds until the LED blinks again or you hear a chime.
When the LED returns to pairing blink, add the device again in ZigeLink. Saved Wi-Fi credentials are cleared.
A short press on Power only turns the unit on or off. Hold until the LED pattern changes.
After a reset
The old entry in your account may show offline. Remove it, then add the device again.
Clips already on a microSD card usually stay on the card. Event cloud clips stay with the original account if that option was on.
