When to re-pair
You replaced the router, changed the SSID or password, or the network is now 5 GHz only.
The device stays offline while your phone is online — it is probably still using the old password.
Steps
Reset the device until the LED returns to the pairing blink.
In ZigeLink, remove the offline device and tap Add.
Add it the same way as before: hotspot or QR. Bulb and desktop cameras use 2.4 GHz. Dual-lens Wi-Fi cameras use Wi-Fi 4 or Wi-Fi 6. Frame A101 is Wi-Fi 6 on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
When pairing a single-lens camera, give 2.4 GHz its own name on a dual-band router.

The 4G wall camera and the solar wall camera connect with a SIM. A new home router does not change their setup.
