On the phone
Allow notifications for ZigeLink. Turn off battery restrictions or “sleeping apps” for it.
Do not mute device alerts in the in-app notification center.
On iPhone, allow Lock Screen and banners. On Android, exclude ZigeLink from OEM battery savers.
On the device
The device must show online. An offline camera will not send new detection pushes.
Detection or event alerts must be on. Live view can still work when alerts are off.
An outdoor camera aimed at empty wall or mounted too high may never fire. See the PIR install article.
If it still fails
Sign out and back in, or reinstall the app, then walk the detection path again.
If needed, use Contact and include the model, app version, and phone OS.
