Before you start
Install ZigeLink. iPhone uses the App Store; Android can use the APK on this site where offered.
Apply power as the body label describes. Bulb and desktop cameras use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Dual-lens Wi-Fi cameras support Wi-Fi 4 or Wi-Fi 6. Frame A101 is dual-band Wi-Fi 6.
In the app, tap Add device and pick the model printed on the body label.
Pick the matching guide
Wi-Fi cameras, feeders, peepholes, and the digital frame pair by the method that firmware opens: hotspot or QR.
The 4G wall camera and the solar wall camera take a SIM with data, then you add the model on the body label. Plug C200 into power. CS200 uses its battery and solar panel.
PoE / NVR kits: plug cameras into the NVR PoE ports, then bind the NVR by scanning the back label.
Some series support both hotspot and QR. The product page links the recommended guide for that model.
If it will not add
Turn off VPN and confirm you joined the device hotspot, not another network.
Use a Latin SSID and password.
If the device is silent, confirm power or the lamp socket first. Only a model with a battery needs a charge before you reset and pair again.
